Refund policy

If you encounter issues with your shipping order or product received, please contact us within 7 days for refund/replacement options! 

If packages are damaged, email a clear picture of the shipping box and damaged contents. We will submit a claim to the carrier and reship the order. 

We are at the mercy of national shipping carriers, so we appreciate your understanding of the challenges that will randomly occur with a shipment. 

Please note -- customers enter shipping addresses for all orders. Popculture does not accept any responsibility for the validity of the address. If the address as entered is undeliverable by the carrier and the package is returned to sender (Popculture Gourmet Popcorn), the customer has the option to update the address and reship. An invoice for actual shipping costs will be emailed and the item will be reshipped after payment is received. Popculture does not offer free shipping twice on the same order due to address entry errors. Orders not confirmed as a reshipment within 5 days will be considered fulfilled. 

If a reshipment to the correct address is not desired, a refund minus actual shipping costs, will be issued to the original payment method on file. 

Shipping limitations apply to our chocolates--they are available for seasonal shipping, September through May. We do not recommend shipping this item if the package will be exposed to temperatures over 85 degrees. Chocolate will start to melt at 86 degrees, turning this beautiful bag of popcorn into a literal hot mess in June, July, and August.
